With the recent release of her brand new music video for “Selfish,” R&B singer Avalon Young is getting the ball rolling on her projects for 2017. We caught up with Avalon to check out her favorite places to visit on her off days in New York City. If you’re looking for some new spots to hit up, take a look at Avalon’s NYC guide for MISSBISH below!

Artichoke Basille’s Pizza
The best type of pizza, damn it’s so good. We don’t have any spots like that in LA and the dough is so soft it makes me wanna cry.

Address: 321 E 14th St
New York, NY 10003

The High Line
Such a poppin’ lookout spot. I love sitting right over the street and seeing everything from a different view.

Address: New York, NY 10011

Guggenheim Museum
One of the sickest museums ever. The art is incredible and I love the architecture and the way it ramps from the bottom to the top.

Address: 071 5th Ave
New York, NY 10128

Kith
I’m a sneaker head so I really appreciate when a sneaker store has it all. Kith has such a bomb shoe/wardrobe selection.  I wish they had one on the west coast.

Address: 644 Broadway
New York, NY 10012

Rough Trade Venue
I played a show there back in December and the vibes were amazing. I love the way it’s combined with a record store, and I love the view of the stage from the balcony. I would love to perform there again.

Address: 64 N 9th St
Brooklyn, NY 11249
