Ashleigh Dempster’s Guide to Stylish Shopping for Your miniBISH
DateAugust 6, 2017
As the founder of AKID, Ashleigh Dempster is a pro when it comes to styling children. She proves that streetwear isn’t just an adult’s game and that kids can truly be, “Flyer than their parents.” Lending us some of her expertise, Ashleigh has provided a list of her favorite places to shop for fashionable kid’s clothing. Check it out below!
I have been shopping at Trico Field since I first moved to Los Angeles. The store features three popular Japanese brands and all of the pieces are truly unique. Since it doesn’t have an online shop, this is one of the only stores that can get me to make a special trip when I’m in need of some new looks for my little guys.
Inspired by the wardrobe of Hollywood’s mini style icons North and Saint West, KIDS SUPPLY features a collection of clothing that drops every month online. I’ve found so many good pieces for my boys since they launched in May. In addition, AKID just released a fun collab with KIDS SUPPLY featuring two exclusive colorways of North’s favorite fur slide.
Nestled in the heart of West Hollywood, Eggy is a tiny boutique that represents all of the day to day brands I have been dressing my kids in since they were babies. I rarely walk out empty handed!
The English Rabbit just opened in Beverly Hills. I had the pleasure of meeting the owners a few months back and caught a sneak peak of the lines that they carry prior to opening — such a wide range of pieces for all occasions with a focus on European brands that I have yet to experience in LA.
