Kendall Jenner has blessed us with her 11 minute at-home workout routine. The reality TV star/supermodel typically works out with her trainer every day, and those workouts are understandably extreme. But for those of us who don’t have time to go to such lengths on a daily basis, 21-year-old Jenner has posted a shortened alternative on her app.

If I’m traveling or don’t feel like leaving my house, these are ALL the moves I try to get in—in just 11 minutes,” Jenner writes. Short but definitely intense, Jenner’s workout consists of various plank positions and crunches. Since maintaining her fitness is a major part of Jenner’s job, we’re willing to bet even her shortened workout is effective.
