RETURN POLICY & CONDITIONS
If you are not completely satisfied with your MISSBISH purchase, you may return regular priced items according to the Return Policy and Conditions. Merchandise refund requests (in original tender) are accepted within 14 days of the shipping date. Please note original shipping charges are non-refundable. Cost of shipping returns are incurred by the customer and will be deducted from any refund amount.

– Sale and discounted items are a final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
– Merchandise must have all original tags attached in original condition (packaging) and must not be washed, worn, or damaged.
– Footwear must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels. Shoebox fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoebox or without the original shoebox.
– Merchandise must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
– All bodysuits, undergarments, swimwear, headwear, hosiery, accessories, jewellery and beauty products are a final sale. Unfortunately, no returns will be accepted on these items.
– Purchases made using store credit are a final sale.
– Store credit is only valid for 1 year from issue date.

GIFT RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you received merchandise as a gift and would like to return or exchange the gift, please contact Customer Care for assistance. You may exchange your gift within 30 days of the shipping date.

EXCHANGE POLICY
In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. Simply place a second order of the item you wish to exchange. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund as per our return policy terms.

HOW TO REQUEST AND PROCESS A RETURN
1. Sign into your MISSBISH Account.
2. Under My Order History, select Refunds.
3. Complete the Refund Form with your order details and reason of return.
4. Click “Submit Refund Form” and you will receive an e-mail confirmation.
5. Your Refund Request will be reviewed by our Customer Care team within 48 hours and they will contact you via email.
6. If the return request is approved, be sure to send and have your return package post marked with the reference number within the 14-day return policy.
7. Return of funds will only be processed after the merchandise has been received and inspected by the MISSBISH Customer Care team.
8. Once your refund is processed, a confirmation email will be sent.

1. Place item(s) you want to return in all original MISSBISH packaging along with invoice.
2. All shipping costs for returns will be deducted from your refund if you have not paid for the shipping in advance.

RETURN REFUND & PROCESSING TIME
Your refund will be credited to the original method of payment via missbish.com with shipping and return costs (if any) deducted. All refunds will be processed by MISSBISH within 7 business days upon receipt of your return package**.

**Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from MISSBISH.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Please contact Customer Care if you’d like to cancel an order that has not been processed yet.

SHIPPING CONDITIONS
Free International Shipping on Orders over $150 USD (excluding Russia, UAE, Mexico and Brazil).

Following order processing, credit authorization and verification, you will receive your order within approximately 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends or holidays). Please note there may be delays due to Customs which are out of our control.

Standard Shipping
Standard: 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Note: For orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses, rural areas, remote locations, and restricted countries, please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

TAXES & DUTIES
Sadly, our prices are NOT inclusive of duties, brokerage fees, local taxes, and VATs -- all the fun things your country may charge you to get our MISSBISH apparel to your door. Please take these additional fees into consideration, because these costs are passed to you once your order arrives and we won't be able to give you a refund if you decide it's too much upon arrival. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of customs agents to release your package. Please note, on rare occasions customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from MISSBISH, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You authorize us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you.

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information around your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Standard Shipping — Orders placed by 12PM (GMT+8) will be shipped same day Monday to Friday. All orders placed after 12PM (GMT+8) on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on Weekends or Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

All orders are subject to availability and credit card authentication. During sale periods, additional processing time may be required.

ORDER TRACKING INFORMATION
Once an order has shipped, we’ll send you an e-mail confirming the order with an Order Number. This Order Number can be used to check the status of the shipment. The Order Number also appears if you are logged into your account under Order History, which will also have the tracking number. This tracking number can be used on the carrier’s site, which may take 72 hours to be activated.

REFUSED OR UNCOLLECTED SHIPMENTS
If delivery of an order is refused, orders will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise excluding shipping costs as shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the shipping charges and any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, on both the original and return shipments to MISSBISH. This amount will be subtracted from your refund.

REDIRECTING AN ORDER
We do not redirect any orders once shipments have been dispatched. Please ensure the shipping address you’ve entered is correct when placing your order.
