Phaidon unveiled a new book on legendary artist, Yayoi Kusama.

The publisher is releasing this book as an updated and lengthier version of the one printed in the early 2000s as a part of their Contemporary Artists Series.  It will include a collection of never before published poems, notes, letters, and interviews that will give readers a personal glimpse inside the life of Kusama.

Within the 240 pages of the publication, readers can find details on Kusama's entire career including her work with naked models in New York during the 1960s and her infamous Infinity Mirrors piece which has led to a new generation of fans.

The debut of the book is perfectly timed being that the artist's Infinity Mirrors exhibit is traveling across the United States, and it coincides with the opening of Kusama's new museum located in Tokyo.

Yayoi Kusama will be available for purchase on October 30 priced at £39.95 GBP (approximately $52 USD).
