On March 30th, Sephora opened its biggest store ever at 11,300-square-feet in New York on 34th Street. The most notable feature of the super store is the Sephora Beauty TIP (acronym for teach, inspire, play) Workshop as well as the Beauty Board.
The Beauty TIP Workshop gives clients the ultimate experience that includes a variety of technologies for group beauty classes with Sephora makeup artists. The Beauty Board is a stoppable gallery of user-generated content. Throughout the store, clients are able to get individual consultations to find the perfect fragrance or products based on skin concerns.
Other experiential technologies include a Tap and Try station where customers can tap and try on makeup products virtually. The Beauty TIP Workshops and other technologies will slowly roll to other stores but are currently only available at the New York location. View photos of the superstore above.
