Serena Williams is never not training. Fresh off the court from winning her 22nd Grand Slam champion, Williams and comedian Kevin Hart partner in the newest Nike+Training Club video. Hart struggles throughout the warm-up, due to his lack of flexibility, which is why he reaches out to Williams for some stretching tips.
"Stretching is important both before and after a workout for improving body control and range of motion. Dynamic stretching before to prep the body for movement and static stretching afterwards to improve range of motion," explains Master Trainer Ben Monk.
